Description
Methyl eugenol is used to flavor jellies, baked products, nonalcoholic beverages, chewing gum, candies, puddings, relishes, and ice cream. It is also commonly used as a scent ingredient in perfumes, cosmetics, and detergents. Methyl eugenol has been used as an anesthetic in rodents.
