Triton X-100 Surfactant

Triton X-100 is a non-ionic cleanser used to denature cell layers without denaturing the protein. Triton X-100 splits up protein totals to advance enzymatic movement. Triton X-100 is widely used to lyse cells to extract protein or organelles, or to permeabilize the membranes of living cells. Nevertheless, the cells will perish if significant quantities are introduced or if they are continuously exposed to TX100.
