No warranties are expressed or implied for any reason by the seller. The purchaser agrees to hold harmless the seller and affiliates in any event, whether accident or injury, regarding the use or misuse of this compound. By purchasing and paying for this item, you are agreeing to this disclaimer. I reserve the right to limit the quantities on any chemical and/or ask for verification of your business or school affiliation.

    Returns and refunds: Items can be refunded or returned based on a case by case basis. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, or if the product received is different from what you purchased. We strive to provide excellent service and will do everything in our power to correct any issue you may run into. Customer are responsable for return shipping costs.

    Business hours and contact: Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however we are only open 8-5, Monday to Friday to process said orders. You will receive a tracking number by email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Please feel free to contact us via the 'Contact Us' page. We will respond via email ASAP.     Shipping: We will ship to anywhere in the United States and U.S. territories. Items we sell will be shipped in full compliance with USPS Section 52, as well as UPS regulations and 49CFR. Some of the items we sell cannot be delivered to a PO BOX so if shipping is a concern please contact us before placing your order. All items have free shipping (with the exception of certain items going to Alaska and Hawaii). If an item is lost during shipping, the buyer may either request a complete refund, or a replacement sent free of charge.

    Payment: All payments are due at time of ordering. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We will contact you in event of billing errors.

    Cancellation: An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
